Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday April 08, 2024 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the March 11, 2024 Minutes; second by Trustee Steve Verdun;

In reference to the updating of the RO System, Harn will be preforming an inspection. Mayor Mills has hired Tim’s Painting to paint Village Hall and the Shop.
NEW BUSINESS:
Fiber Permit Requests
Mayor Mill’s recommends hiring Ryan Hanson, an engineer who has worked with the fiber installation companies, to deal with the demands the companies are making of the Village.
Trustee Josh Osborne moved to enter into Executive Session at 7:21pm to discuss Annual Employee Salary and Benefits and Litigation; second by Trustee Brian Verdun:
