Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday August 12, 2024 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding, and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Randy Pagel, Steve Verdun, Tom Russell, and Josh Osborne

Minutes of July 08, 2024 Regular Meeting
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the July 08, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee David Thorne;

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s report of Bank Ending Balances and the Fund Summary for the month ending July 31, 2024 are present for review and approval. Treasurer Jim Rebholz reports ending bank balances as of July 31, 2024 are as follows:

Monthly Bills
Board Listing Report #244 ran on August 12, 2024 at 10:58am representing all bills for the Village due in August; Board Listing Report #245 ran on August 12, 2024 at 11:31am representing all bills for Tourism due in August and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for August for $9,406.52 were presented for payment approval.
Mayor Mills noted that the Board Listing Report #244 contains a charge from Stoller that is under warranty and will be removed.

Police Report
No representative is present from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department. Mayor Mills noted that the Activity Reports are for the months of June and July.

Pool Variance Request
The Village has received a pool height variance request. The Building Commission/Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing September 09 at 6:00pm to consider the variance request.

Audit Review F/Y 2023-2024
Auditor Rick Phillips reviewed the F/Y 2023-2024 Audit. He indicated that the water fund is slowly recovering from its deficit of past years.
