Village of Odell Official Minutes of the September 09, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Village of Odell, Illinois   Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday September 09, 2024 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding, and with proper notice having been posted.   Roll Call Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Randy Pagel, Steve Verdun, Tom Russell, and Josh Osborne Staff Present:  Iris Thorne, Clerk, Village Attorney Present: Nick Ehrgott Guests Present: See attached list   Pledge of Allegiance Mayor Brian led the Pledge of Allegiance Minutes of August 12, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the August 12, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee Tom Russell;   Approved by roll call vote: Yeas:  Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Randy Pagel, Steve Verdun, Tom Russell, and Josh Osborne – 6; Nays:   None   Treasurer’s Report The Treasurer’s report of Bank Ending Balances and the Fund Summary for the month ending August 31, 2024 are present for review and approval.  Treasurer Jim Rebholz is not in attendance.  Bank ending balances as of August 31, 2024 are as follows:   Odell Checking             $    90,671.88 Illinois Funds Gen Fund MM             $   666,085.46 Illinois Funds MFT Fund MM             $   124,196.78 Odell MFT Checking              $         247.71 Odell Tourism Checking              $    23,587.54 Odell Water Reserve MM              $ 145,603.92 Odell General CD’s              $ 176,592.06 Odell Infrastructure Reserve MM              $    45,774.36   Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the August Treasurer’s Report second by Trustee Josh Osborne;   Approved by roll call vote: Yeas:  Brian Verdun, David [...]
