It is the mission of the Finance Department to manage the villages’ financial operations in an effective, courteous, and efficient manner that:
- Effectively administers the efficient and centralized acquisition of goods and services for all city departments
- Maintains and promotes the confidence of the citizens we serve
- Ensures economical and quality governmental service through proper execution of debt issuance, accounting, investments, payments, business licensing, billing and collections
Village of Odell
The Village of Odell is a municipality incorporated and organized under the laws of the State of Illinois for the purpose of providing its residents with the following services:
- Sewer and water service
- Garbage collection service
The Village of Odell has certain functional subdivisions which are shown Below. The approximate amount of the 2013 operating budget of the Village of Odell is $2,015,100.00. The Village’s sole office is located at 113 S. Front St in Odell, and the Village also has a pumping station for its water distribution system located at 113 S. Front St. The Village currently employs approximately 5 full and part- time employees.
