Council Room, Odell, Illinois, January 13, 2025 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Trustee Brian Verdun presiding in the absence of Interim Mayor Josh Osborne, and with proper notice having been posted.

Police Report
The Board reviewed the Police Activity Report for the month December. No representative from the Sheriff’s Department was present.
Public Forum (at Mayor’s discretion)
Wendy Nave with Conxxus reviewed the process and answered questions about the upcoming fiber installation.
Resident Mark Hilleary reviewed his plans for the proposed street and lots and will submit to the Planning Commission when completed.
Colt Graves, candidate for full time maintenance position answered questions from the board

Water & Sewer – Attorney Nick Ehrgott requested the committee review water/sewer rates for the February Meeting
