Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday July 08, 2024 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Trustee Brian Verdun presiding, in Mayor Brian Mills absence, and with proper notice having been posted.

Minutes of June 10, 2024 Regular Meeting
Trustee Josh Osborne moved to approve the June 10, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee Randy Pagel;

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s report of Bank Ending Balances and the Fund Summary for the month ending June 30, 2024 are present for review and approval. Treasurer Jim Rebholz reports ending bank balances as of June 30, 2024 are as follows:

Board Listing Report #240 ran on July 08, 2024 at 3:35pm representing all bills for the Village due in July; Board Listing Report #241 ran on July 08, 2024 at 3:53pm representing all bills for Tourism due in July and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for July for $5,411.22 were presented for payment approval.
Trustee Randy Pagel moved to approve Board Listing Report #240 ran on July 08, 2024 at 3:35pm representing all bills for the Village due in July; Board Listing Report #241 ran on July 08, 2024 at 3:53pm representing all bills for Tourism due in July and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for July for $5,411.22, excluding Kelly Electric for $314.19; second by Trustee David Thorne;

A pool height variance was turned into the office today by Josh Osborne.
Trustee David Thorne moved to send the pool height variance request to the Zoning/Building Commission Board for consideration and recommendation; second by Trustee Randy Pagel;
