Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday June 10, 2024 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the May 13, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee David Thorne;

Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s report of Bank Ending Balances and the Fund Summary for the month ending May 31, 2024 are present for review and approval. Treasurer Jim Rebholz reports ending bank balances as of May 31, 2024 are as follows:
