Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday May 13, 2024 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Steve Verdun, Tom Russell and Josh Osborne – Randy Pagel later.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the April 8, 2024 Regular Board Meeting Minutes and the April 16, 2024 Special Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee David Thorne;

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to raise Joe Bolen’s salary to $24.00 per hour and Jenny Leenders salary to $23.00 per hour, all other employee’s will stay at their current rate; second by Tom Russell;
