\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Official Minutes of the September 30, 2013 Special Board Meeting<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Village of Odell, Illinois<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday, September 30, 2013, a Special Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm., at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Joyner presiding and with proper notice having been posted.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Roll Call<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Roll call showed the following Trustee Members were physically present:\u00a0 Mayor Terry Joyner, Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Matt Weaver, Phaela Hodges, and Herman Fearman<\/p>\n Staff Present: Rich Ribordy<\/p>\n Village Attorney Present: Ed Legner, Steven Mann<\/p>\n Guests Present:<\/p>\n Mayor Joyner called the meeting to order at 7:00pm., at which time a majority of a quorum was present<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pledge of Allegiance<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Mayor Joyner led the Pledge of Allegiance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n OLD BUSINESS:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Executive Session<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Clearwell <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Trustee Brian Verdun moved to go into Executive Session at 7:05pm to discuss the clearwell and potential litigation; second by Herman Fearman;<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Phaela Hodges, Matt Weaver, Herman Fearman \u2013 5;<\/p>\n Nays:\u00a0\u00a0 None<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Resume Regular Session<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n \n Trustee Jamie Johnson moved to exit Executive Session at 8:03pm; second by Phaela Hodges;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Phaela Hodges, Matt Weaver, Herman Fearman \u2013 5;<\/p>\n Nays:\u00a0\u00a0 None<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Trustee Brian Verdun moved to have Farnsworth Engineering Firm oversee the next stage of the clearwell repair; second by Jamie Johnson;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Phaela Hodges, Matt Weaver, Herman Fearman \u2013 5;<\/p>\n Nays:\u00a0\u00a0 None<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Jamie Johnson moved to proceed with having an expert, of our Attorney\u2019s recommendation, and with the Mayor\u2019s approval, to review and analyze the clearwell; second by Matt Weaver;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Phaela Hodges, Matt Weaver, Herman Fearman \u2013 5;<\/p>\n Nays:\u00a0\u00a0 None<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n Trustee Jamie Johnson moved to adjourn at 8:06pm; second by Trustee Phaela Hodges;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Jamie Johnson, Phaela Hodges, Matt Weaver, Herman Fearman \u2013 5;<\/p>\n Nays:\u00a0\u00a0 None<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Village Of Odell \u00a0 Official Minutes of the September 30, 2013 Special Board Meeting Village of Odell, Illinois Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday, September 30, 2013, a Special Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm., at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S.
