Front Street, with Mayor Joyner presiding and with proper notice having been posted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Roll Call<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roll call showed the following Trustee Members were physically present:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie Johnson, Mark Tissiere, Joan Bullard, and Brian Mills<\/p>\n<p>Staff Present:<\/p>\n<p>Village Attorney Present: Ed Legner<\/p>\n<p>Guests Present: Kevin Hannel; Rich Ribordy<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Joyner called the meeting to order at 7:12pm., at which time a majority of a quorum was present.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Pledge of Allegiance<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mayor Joyner led the Pledge of Allegiance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Executive Session<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u><\/u>Trustee Brian Mills moved to enter Executive Session to discuss Clearwell Litigation issues at 7:14pm; second by Trustee Brian Verdun;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n<p>Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie Johnson, Mark Tissiere; Joan Bullard; Brian Mills \u2013 6;<\/p>\n<p>Nays:\u00a0 None<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trustee Brian Verdun moved to exit Executive Session at 8:00pm; second by Trustee Brian Mills;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n<p>Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie Johnson, Mark Tissiere; Joan Bullard; Brian Mills \u2013 6;<\/p>\n<p>Nays:\u00a0 None<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Trustee Lisa Lambert moved to adjourn at 8:05pm; second by Trustee Brian Verdun;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n<p>Yeas:\u00a0 Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie Johnson, Mark Tissiere; Joan Bullard; Brian Mills \u2013 6;<\/p>\n<p>Nays:\u00a0 None<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Village Of Odell Official Minutes of the February 23, 2017 Special Board Meeting Village of Odell, Illinois &nbsp; Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Thursday February 23, 2017, a Special Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm., at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S.
