Front Street, with proper notice having been posted.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Roll Call<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie Johnson, Joan Bullard and Brian Mills;<\/p>\n Staff Present: Iris Thorne; Richard Ribordy<\/p>\n Village Attorney Present: Ed Legner<\/p>\n Guests Present:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pledge of Allegiance<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Clerk Iris Thorne led the Pledge of Allegiance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Attorney Legner advised the board as to State Statute concerning the appointment to the open President position. Trustee Jamie Johnson moved to appoint Trustee Brian Mills as Acting President; second by Trustee Joan Bullard;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Approved by roll call vote:<\/p>\n Yeas: Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie Johnson, Joan Bullard – 4;<\/p>\n Nays:\u00a0\u00a0 None<\/p>\n Absent: Brian Mills \u2013 1;<\/p>\n <\/p>\n OLD BUSINESS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Clearwell Update<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n The Clearwell update is moved to executive session.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Miscellaneous Old Business<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n NEW BUSINESS:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Protocol Future Resignations<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Attorney Legner advised the Board as to the appointment of a President\/Mayor, according to State Statute, in the advent of the absence or resignation of the current President\/Mayor.
