Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday January 11, 2021, a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.<\/p>\n

Roll Call<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Rodney Morris, and Tom Russell<\/p>\n

\u00a0Minutes of the December 14, 2020 Regular Board Meetings <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

It was noted in the December 14, 2020 minutes, that the Treasurer\u2019s ending November 2020 bank balance for Odell Checking does not match the December beginning Odell Checking balance in the December 2020 Treasure\u2019s Report due to a typo.\u00a0 Approval of the December 14, 2020 minutes was tabled until the February Meeting.<\/p>\n

Water & Sewer \u2013 Committee studies show that sewer and water rates need to be raised to keep up with current rising expenses<\/p>\n

Mayor Mills announced that water bills that have not been paid during the COVID pandemic will now be subject to shut off per Ordinance.<\/p>\n
