Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday February 14, 2022 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.<\/p>\n

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Randy Pagel, Rodney Morris and Tom Russell<\/p>\n

Annual Water\/Sewer Rate Amendment<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Trustee Tom Russell moved to approve the Amendment to the Water Ordinance setting $24.00 for the first 2,600 gallons of water used and $8.65 for each 1,000 gallons used in excess of 2,600 gallons, effective immediately; second by Trustee Rodney Morris;<\/p>\n

Trustee Tom Russell moved to approve the Amendment to the Sewer Ordinance setting the basic user rate at a minimum of $14.95 for the first 2,600 gallons and $5.75 per 1,000 gallons beyond the first 2,600 gallons used; second by Trustee Rodney Morris;<\/p>\n

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to donate $300.00 to Show Bus; second by Trustee Trisha Biernat;<\/p>\n
