Planning Commission Recommendation <\/u><\/strong>– Vacation of Morgan St (see Ordinance Below)<\/strong><\/u> Attorney Ehrgott indicated that last month the Planning Commission’s Recommendation was to not vacate Morgan Street- South and West of East Deer St. After discussion with the interested parties owning property along the street, an agreement that vacation of the street with right of way clauses would work for both concerned parties. The issue was tabled to consider an Ordinance to vacate the street with right of way clauses.<\/p>\n

Trustee Randy Pagel moved to accept the Ordinance Providing for Vacation of all of South Morgan Street Lying South and West of East Deer Street in the Village of Odell; second by Trustee Tom Russell;<\/p>\n
