Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday February 10, 2020 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Lisa Lambert, Jamie McPeek, Mark Tissiere, and Tom Russell

Board Listing Report #80 ran on February 07, 2020 at 1:33pm representing all due bills for the Village due in February 2020; Board Listing Report #81 ran on February 07, 2020 at 1:50pm representing all due bills for Tourism due in February 2020; three additional invoices, one from the State Department of Agriculture and two from Donnell’s plus the between Meeting Paid Bill List were presented for payment.
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the Board Listing Report #80 ran on February 07, 2020 at 1:33pm representing all due bills for the Village due in February 2020; Board Listing Report #81 ran on February 07, 2020 at 1:50pm representing all due bills for Tourism due in February 2020; three additional invoices, one from the State Department of Agriculture and two from Donnell’s plus the between Meeting Paid Bill List; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to accept the Resolution amending the Building Permit Fees; second by Trustee Mark Tissiere;

Building Inspector Fees
Trustee Jamie McPeek moved to set a cap of $200.00 on the Building Inspector’s pay per building permit application; second by Trustee Brian Verdun;

Illinois Cannabis Law
Mayor Mills presented a rough draft of the Village’s proposed regulations on the Illinois Cannabis Law for the Board to review for the March Board Meeting.
