Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday May 11, 2020, a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted. Social distancing enforced due to COVID-19 Regulations.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approved the January 13, February 10, March 9, and April 13, 2020 Regular Board Meeting Minutes; second by Trustee Mark Tissiere;

Treasurer’s Report
Iris Thorne reported that the Treasurers Reports of reconciled bank balances and the Year to date Fund Summaries for the months ending December 31, 2019, January 31, February 29, March 31, and April 30, 2020 are included in the board packets. Reconciled bank balances for the Month ending April 30, 2020 are as follows:

Mayor Mills opened the Truck Sale Bids as follows:

REGULAR SESSION
Trustee Jamie McPeek moved to give Village employees a $ 1.75 increase per hour and stop a cash payment in lieu of insurance this will still allow the dependent insurance at half rate to be paid by the Village if employee goes with Village insurance. Effective at the beginning of fiscal year May 1, 2020; second by Trustee Rodney Morris;
