Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday March 08, 2021, a Regular Board Meeting was held this
date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills
presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Lisa
Lambert, Jamie McPeek, Mark Tissiere, and Tom Russell

Treasurer’s Report
Board packets contained the Treasurer’s Report and the Year-to-date Fund Summary for the month

Amendment to Increase Sewer Rate

Resolution to Cash in CD for the Pur ose of Pa in for Demolition
Resolution to Cash in CD for the Purpose of Paying for Demolition is tabled until the April Board
Meeting
Miscellaneous Old Business
Mayor Mills announced he has signed the contract for the demolition of the downtown buildings
that was received last month and has been reviewed by Attorney Ehrgott.
Mayor Mills informed the Board that he has contacted Mark Masching to relocate the electricity
that is attached to the Wykes building (which is being tom down), but also supplies the apartments
next door.

Mayor Mills announced that Tourism will reopen on April 1, 2021.
