Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday November 08, 2021, a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Randy Pagel, Rodney Morris, and Tom Russell

Minutes of the October 11, 2021 Regular Board Meeting
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the minutes from the October 11, 2021 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Sgt Bunting from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office was present to review the October Police Activity within the Village.

Mayor Mills updated the board on the status of 109 N Front St and the drainage issue on N West Street
NEW BUSINESS:
Audit for 20-21 Fiscal Year
Auditor Rick Phillips reviewed the Fiscal Year 2020 – 2021 Audit and answered board questions.
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the Fiscal Year 2020 – 2021 Audit; second by Trustee Thomas Russell;

Generators
Mayor Mills presented bids from Kelly Electric for Generators for the water system at the Admin Building; well #1; and well #2 as follows:
Admin Building $ 58,900
Well #1 $ 47,300
Well #2 $ 9,950 Switch Gear only – Generator to be rented if needed
American Rescue Plan Act Relief Dollars will be used for the generator project.
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to put a Generator at Village Hall, a Generator at Well #1 and only a Switch Gear at Well #2 per the documented bids received from Kelly Electric; second by Trustee Thomas Russell;

Republic Waste Management Contract Issue
Mayor Mills updated the Board on a breach of contract issue by Republic and requested Attorney Ehrgott to handle the issue with Republic.

Employee personnel is moved to Executive Session

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to exit Regular Session and enter into Executive Session at 8:22pm to discuss a Personnel Issue; second by Trustee Trisha Biernat;
