Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday October 11, 2021, a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Emily Gall, Randy Pagel, and Tom Russell

Minutes of the September 13, 2021 Regular Board Meeting
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the minutes from the September 13, 2021 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Trisha Biernat;

Treasurer’s Report
Board packets contained the Treasurer’s Report and the Year-to-date Fund Summary for the month ending September 30, 2021. Treasurer Jim Rebholz was not present.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the Board Listing Report #144 ran on October 11, 2021 at 9:45am representing all due bills for the Village due in October; Board Listing Report #145 ran on October 11, 2021 at 10:00am representing all due bills for Tourism due in October; and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for $75,578.87; second by Trustee Emily Gall.

Police Report
Sgt Bunting from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office was present to review the September Police Activity within the Village.

Miscellaneous Old Business
Mayor Mills informed the board that he has checked into the Sidewalks to School Grant applications and the process for this year ended in August. He would will look into it again in the Spring.
NEW BUSINESS:
Audit for 20-21 Fiscal Tax Year
The Audit for 20-21 Fiscal Tax Year has been moved to the November Agenda
Miscellaneous New Business
A resident has a complaint of mice and possibly rats in his driveway, possible from a neighbor’s yard. Attorney Ehrgott explained that the resident needs to submit a written, signed complaint to the Village stating what he feels is the cause and the solution to eliminating the situation.
