Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday August 09, 2021, a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.
Roll Call
Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Emily Gall, Randy Pagel, and Tom Russell

Minutes of the July 12, 2021 Regular Board Meeting
Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the minutes from the July 12, 2021 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

Treasurer’s Report
Board packets contained the Treasurer’s Report and the Year-to-date Fund Summary for the month ending July 31, 2021. Treasurer Jim Rebholz reported bank ending balances for the month ending July 31, 2021 as follows:

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the Board Listing Report #139 ran on August 09, 2021 at 3:10pm representing all due bills for the Village due in August; Board Listing Report #138 ran on August 09, 2021 at 2:40pm representing all due bills for Tourism due in August; and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for $10,445.01; second by Trustee Thomas Russell.

Representatives from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office were present to review the July Police Activity within the Village.

Mayor Mills updated the board regarding remaining issues from the demolition of the downtown buildings and on the status of 109 N. Front Street property cleanup.
Attorney Ehrgott reported on the progress regarding the hearing on 200 E. Hamilton St.
