Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday December 12, 2022 a Regular Board Meeting was held this date at 7:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

 

Roll Call

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Randy Pagel, Tom Russell and Josh Osborne

Staff Present: Iris Thorne

Village Attorney Present: Nick Ehrgott

Guests Present: Don Emberling, David Thorne, Jordan Blain – Livingston County Sheriff’s Office

Minutes of the November 14, 2022 Regular Board Meeting

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2022 Regular Board Meeting; second by Trustee Josh Osborne;

Yeas:  Brian Verdun, Trisha Biernat, Randy Pagel, Tom Russell and Josh Osborne– 5;

Nays:   None

 

Treasurer’s Report

Treasurer Jim Rebholz was not in attendance.  Board packets contained the Treasurer’s Report and the Year-to-date Fund Summary for the month ending November 14, 2022. Account balances are as follows:

Monthly Bills

 

Board Listing Report #186 ran on December 12, 2022 at 1:50pm representing all bills for the Village due in December; and the between Meeting Paid Bill List for $5,749.05 were presented to the board for payment approval.

Deputy Jordan Blane from Livingston County Sheriff’s Office reviewed the November Police Activity Report for Odell.

Mayor Mills reported: There have been inquiries on the sale of Village properties taking place next month; The Generator will be installed on December 20 and there will be a 3-day boil order issued; The Mixer issue estimate to install is $57,000.

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to donate $250.00 to the Christmas Angels Project; second by Trustee Trisha Biernat;

Show Bus Donation
