Council Room, Odell, Illinois, Monday January 16, 2024 a Special Board Meeting was held this date at 6:00pm, at Village Hall, Council Room, 213 S. Front Street, with Mayor Brian Mills presiding and with proper notice having been posted.

Roll call showed the following Trustee members were physically present: Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Steve Verdun, Tom Russell and Josh Osborne

Unscheduled Passenger Drop Off Resolution

Trustee Brian Verdun moved to approve a Resolution authorizing execution of an intergovernmental agreement establishing an Ordinance to implement rules and regulations for stopping, standing, parking and the discharge of passengers of unscheduled intercity buses within the County of Livingston and Village of Odell; second by Trustee Tom Russell;

 

Approved by roll call vote:

Yeas:  Brian Verdun, David Thorne, Steve Verdun, Tom Russell and Josh Osborne– 5;

Nays:   None
