Clearwell Update

Ed Legner updated the Village on the progress of the Clearwell litigation. He explained that the Village will be filing a petition this week in court to allow the Village to remove the Clearwell Liner.

St. Paul Rectory

Ed Legner reported that he has not received the formal petition from the St. Paul Rectory Committee, but indicated that the committee wishes to re-subdivide the land on which the house sits. The petition will request that the lot line on the east side of the house be moved out further to the east and the lot line on the west side be moved in toward the east and nearer to the house. This would allow the centering of the house on the present lots. The St. Paul Rectory issue is tabled until receipt of a formal petition.
